Tomodachi Bearcat Connect

Contact: Alan Lane

Faculty and staff are invited to get involved with students from the American Studies Program and build connections on the Salem campus.

The American Studies Program is excited to invite faculty and staff to join our new Tomodachi Bearcat Connect Program, the spiritual successor to TIUA’s Tomodachi Program. The program will host once-a-month events that interested community members are invited to attend in order to build relationships with our ASP students, as well as help deepen the students’ cultural learning. All partners are also invited to submit activities to our office, where we can then match you with students who have similar interests.

If you are interested in learning more about the program, please contact Alan Lane (alane@willamette.edu) for more information.

If you are ready to sign up, please do so with the following link: https://forms.gle/vRHHEVyCn7C1g7oy6

More information, as well as an opportunity to meet the incoming ASP students, will be available on Monday, Aug. 21, where we will be hosting our welcome dinner at Goudy. Please let us know if you are interested! Be our guest, and RSVP today! Spaces are limited.
