Breakfast Waffles

Daily waffles are now available! Through a partnership with Golden Malted, a make-your-own waffle station is located at the Local station with a variety of toppings to choose from during breakfast and weekend brunch.

Sandwich Condiments

A variety of pickled items are now available to compliment deli bar sandwiches, now featuring fresh Portland French Bakery bread. We welcome your feedback about the condiments you’d like to see added to the mix!

New Reduced Allergen Zone “RAZ”

We’ve added a station with an “in balance” meal made with pure ingredients and located at the Healthy station every night at dinner. Bon Appetit defines “in balance” as a well-proportioned mix of whole grains, fresh fruits and/or vegetables, and lean proteins, prepared with a minimal amount of healthy fat.

New Reusable to-go Soup Container

A reminder that reusable containers are available from the cashier for a one-time purchase. Empty containers that are returned to the cashier can be replaced in one of two ways:

1. Receive a new clean box to use immediately

2. Receive a small carabiner that can be exchanged for a clean container at a future meal.

In addition to the 3-compartment reusable to-go containers, 12 oz. reusable soup containers are available for purchase for $5.00 at Goudy and Rick’s.

Don't see what you want to eat? Concerned with your meal? Have a suggestion for a dish you'd like to see on the menu? Please let us know! You can contact a manager during the meal by asking a server to speak with Eric Thomas or Chef Palmer or contact them at eric.thomas@cafebonappeit.com and palmer@willamette.edu to provide feedback.
