On Tuesday, October 1st, students will receive an invitation to participate in Willamette's Healthy Minds Study. This is the second of two assessments that are a part of Willamette’s 4 year JED Campus Initiative, which aims to enhance emotional health and reduce substance abuse and student suicide. The Healthy Minds Study (HMS) collects information about the mental health and wellbeing of college students utilizing validated psychometric tools. Your participation and feedback is critical, and will help create positive, lasting, systemic change in our campus community for years to come.
The invitation will come from me, Don Thomson, but the email address will be healthyminds-WU@umich.edu, the organization that administers the survey. This is a legitimate request for your participation, and not a phishing attempt.
Students who complete the survey are automatically entered into a sweepstakes for one of four $250 gift cards or one of ten $100 gift cards.
