Group Fitness Classes

Our Group Fitness Class program offers a wide variety of classes for all levels of fitness. Class formats include yoga, zumba, cardio and strength, bootcamps, conditioning, and much more. Some of our classes are free and others come with a small cost.

Beginner Yoga with Jaime

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Jaime

Class Cost (cost is for specified class type for entire session)

Yogas: $20 for 1 class type
           $30 for all class types (sign up is on right)
