Willamette University Student Health Insurance Plan (PacificSource Health Plans) will cover the General Physical / Sports Physical / Study Abroad Physical or Peace Corp Physical at 100%, no EOB will be mailed to you. PacificSource Health Plans will cover 1 Physical Exam per policy year.
Physical Exams will be billed to your Student Account if you waived the Willamette Student Health Insurance Plan or if you have already had 1 Physical Exam billed to PacificSource Health Plans.
Note: If you schedule an appointment for a Travel Physical please visit our link for Travel Physical. Please complete paperwork required before your scheduled appointment, otherwise your appointment will be rescheduled.
Vaccination:
