Move-in Process

Please conduct a self-check for COVID-19 symptoms before coming to campus, and review the CDC Travel Guidance before traveling. If you have symptoms, stay home and consult with a medical professional.

Arrive during your check-in time slot outside of the Housing Office (we are in the Matthews Academic Center, located between Matthews Hall and Cascadia House) to retrieve your room key. Please ask anyone accompanying you to wait in the car during check-in.
Stay tuned for guidelines on any applicable move-in safety procedures, such as:

  • Any room/elevator capacity limits to be mindful of
  • Time allotted for move-in
  • Number of individuals who can help you move in

For information on what items you should consider bringing to campus, please visit our webpage.

Early Arrivals

Few early arrival times are allowed. To request an early arrival, go to your BearcatBnB and look for the early arrival application. Approved programs are assigned a move in date.  If you desire to move in prior to your approved date, a fee of $100 per night will be assessed, and charged to your student account.
