Overview
Keele is located just 1 ½ hours away from London by train and 45 minutes from Manchester and Birmingham. Keele University is a unique European university in that most of the students live on campus. It’s a big campus but a small and cosmopolitan community, with a vast array of clubs, societies and activities throughout the year. Minimum GPA required by host program: 3.0 GPA.
Academics

WU students take regular Keele University courses. This program is recommended for all majors. Please note that some classes may not be available to international students. Find departments and names of classes (modules) on the Keele site. Keele also offers an optional British Culture module will examine British culture at the local level (The Potteries and regional dialects), the national level (the political system and the monarchy) and the international level (Britain's place in the world).
Housing
Students live in university housing, usually single rooms with shared bathrooms, living spaces, and kitchens. See more information about Accommodation (housing) for exchange students here.
Dates
Available in either the fall or spring semester. Fall semester starts late September and ends late December. Spring semester starts late January and ends early June.
Cost
Please see the Willamette Sponsored Programs Cost Matrix for detailed explanation of the cost of each program. Estimated costs on for housing can be found on Keele's website. During the Spring semester all Keele students, including international students, must vacate their dorm rooms during the 3-4 week Easter Break. Most students travel during this time but some on-campus housing is available.
