Our home-grown legacy Service Request system was truly a jack of all trades, and our new system builds on this tradition with dramatically increased functionality and an all-new interface. It also brings all teams within WITS into a single ticketing system for simplified escalation of requests and increased communication between end-users and the appropriate WITS staff.
