Google Forms is a survey administration software included as part of the web-based Google Docs Editors suite. You can use Google Forms to create a customized form and add it to your webpage. This is done in three steps: create the form, add the form, and then insert the form onto your webpage.

Advanced Forms

Sometimes a form may need more functionality than the Google builder can provide. For example, if your form needs to send out respondent notification email(s) or complete more complex tasks.
