- Born Arkansas, raised in Norman, Oklahoma
- BA in Architecture from University of Washington
- Worked for Nordstrom Store Planning, Seattle and Curry Brandaw Architects, Salem before moving to non-profit development work. Worked for Family Building Blocks, Liberty House, CASA Marion County, United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley
- Family – Husband Rob wine maker and retired viticulturist, daughter Sophie works for Boeing, Seattle
- On the board of Smith Fine Arts Performance Series, volunteer at Salem on the Edge Gallery, Salem Fire Foundation, and grant reviewer for Oregon Community Foundation
- Love to travel – Egypt, Portugal, France in 2022 – Ireland, Japan in 2023, as well trips in US.
