Professional Licensure and Certification Disclosure Requirements

Certain general disclosures are required to be provided by institutions providing distance education educational programs, regardless of modality, that prepare students for professional licensure. The information required relates to whether or not the educational program meets the requirements for professional licensure in all other states. We indicate that below and likewise designate when such a determination cannot be made.

Professional licensure and certification requirements can vary from state to state. Willamette University College of Law strives to provide accurate and timely information by state. This information is, however, subject to change and there might be other states with unique licensure requirements. Students should contact the appropriate licensing agency for their home state to obtain the most current information.

Willamette Law's Juris Doctor (JD) program is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).

The following is a list of state, territory, and/or republic specific licensure and certification requirements for the JD Degree program.
