Application Portal
Off Campus Study - Decision Release

Where can you find your decision?  Log-in to the portal. When a decision on your application is available, a notice will appear when you sign-in.

What next?  Accepted applicants will Commit or Decline the offer IN THE PORTAL. If you "commit", proceed to complete the new materials in your portal.

What happens next? See an overview on the Accepted to Study Abroad page. There is a deposit due!!

What should I do now? Complete the steps in the portal. Pay the deposit by cash or check (no cards or electronic payments). Passport?  APPLY NOW (no kidding) if you don't have one already. You will need it sooner than you think!

Study Abroad Application Deadline

All applications close at 11:59 PM

Deadline day help:

  • 8:00 am - 7:00 pm  In-Person help only
  • After 7:00 pm  No staffing available for assistance between 7 pm - midnight.

APPLICATION is all online. The application CLOSES at 11:59 PM.

  • Applications are unavailable after that time.
  • Assistance from OIE staff is only available until 7pm on the deadline day.
  • Plan to complete your application well before the application closes. 
  • Incomplete/late applications will not be reviewed. Read your Learning Content (in the application) carefully to understand what a complete application is.

 No email help for applicants on this day. We can't guarantee our availability to respond in a timely way via email. In-person help gives you the ability to make the corrections/changes you need immediately.
