Commit or Decline: Feb 15 - Feb 28, we are compiling participant lists based the step students take to commit or decline. If you are unsure about what the Commit step will mean for you, please let us know! We are ready to talk to you! You can also visit with a Global Ambassador on a drop-in basis. See details in the Event listing for Global Ambassador Office Hours.
What happens next? Click Commit, pay deposit, get started! Commit or Decline in the portal. complete some additional acceptance materials and pay a deposit. Review this page for some of the details about happens if you are accepted. If you are not accepted, your Decision Letter will give you more information about your options.
Specific information about YOUR program (travel and arrival dates, visa processes, etc.) will be shared during meetings and materials that will be distributed AFTER the Commit deadline and throughout the predeparture process for your term. For summer, year, and fall programs this will happen AFTER March 12. For spring programs this will happen AFTER August 30.

Overview of how study abroad works at Willamette including a sneak peek at what the application process looks like, what to think about in looking at programs, and how to define what YOU need in a program. What you can (and should) do now before the application season arrives! Applications for summer 2019, fall 2019, and spring 2020 will open in fall 2018. The deadline will be late fall 2018.
