When creating Google Form using your Willamette University affiliated Google account, the Google form is set to be restricted to only users with Willamette University Google account by default. This means only people with a WU Google account can fill out your form.
To open your Google form to public setting, you should turn off the “Restrict to users in your organization and its trusted organizations” setting by following this instructions:
- Open a form, and at the top of it, click "Settings"
- Next to "Responses", click the Down arrow
- Look for “Restrict to users in your organization and its trusted organizations”, a click the button to the right side of the setting description
