The BS in Business Administration requires 14 business courses (56 semester hours), 1 major internship (4 semester hours), 1 prerequisite course in statistics (4 semester hours), 1 prerequisite course in Microeconomics/ Macroeconomics (4 semester hours), and completion of the General Education Program requirements.
When can I declare Business MINOR OR MAJOR?
You can declare a major anytime after your first semester, although we generally advise reviewing the major requirements in your freshman year to ensure you're on track with pre-requisites.

How do I declare a Business minor or major?
Declaring a Business Major or Minor is an excellent choice, and the process is very simple!

- Fill out the Minor or Major Declaration Form
- Your approved declaration form will be emailed to you within seven business days.
- The approved form must be provided to the registrar's office for the program update to become official.
Business Minor or major Advisors
Students declaring the Business Minor or Major will be assigned two advisors from the Willamette MBA Program -- Romana Autrey, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Associate Professor of Accounting; and Karen Arthur, Recorder/Records Analyst.
