Lee and York Houses were renovated over summer 2017. These small, close-knit communities have a large shared kitchen and lounge space on the first floor. Lee has carpeted rooms, some of the room furniture is moveable. Lee House has double and single-occupancy rooms. Lee is a single gender community that serves female-identified students.
Rooms are equipped for each individual with a standard-twin single bed, desk and chair, dresser, bookcase, lighting, blinds, data port, smoke detector, and closet space.
