Rosa Alfaro has a face I’m sure you are all familiar with — she merrily greets everyone at breakfast and lunch at the cashier’s stand.
Originally from El Salvador, Rosa has lived in Oregon since 1992. She is married with three sons, one daughter and three grandsons. She enjoys crafting, cooking, and traveling (ask her about her visit to Italy!)
Pupusas are a specialty of hers, but her favorite food is chile rellenos.
Rosa started her career here at Willamette University in 2006. She is more than just a cashier — she’s a vital member of the Bon Appetit family that we all cherish and love.
