University Apartments is a seven story apartment building on the southwest corner of campus. Rooms are one bedroom apartments that include a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink) and private bathrooms. Laundry is available in the building for residents.
Rooms are equipped for each individual with a standard twin bed, desk and chair, dresser, bookcase, lighting, blinds, data port, smoke detector, and closet space. All apartments are carpeted and have moveable furniture. Appliances include a refrigerator, gas stove and oven and dishwasher. Kitchenware and microwaves are not provided.
