Willamette University’s Executive Development Center has added Leadership for Managers to its portfolio of management development programs.
Leadership for Managers is designed and taught by Willamette University Emerita Professor Dr. Lisbeth Claus, based on the management practice book by Lisbeth Claus, Scott Baker and Peter Vermeulen, "Be(Come) an Awesome Manager: The Essential Toolkit for Impact Leadership" (second edition, 2021).
This program is specifically designed for aspiring managers and current managers to gain critical skills in teamwork, decision-making, engagement, productivity and change. Starting this fall, Leadership for Managers™ will be offered online for small cohorts of 15- 25 learners. The series consists of three six-week online sessions allowing managers to earn bronze, silver and gold-level badges over one academic year. Willamette University alumni are eligible for an automatic discount.
