In less than two weeks, Willamette will welcome our new undergraduate students and their families to the Salem campus for Opening Days on Tuesday, August 23. The Student Engagement & Leadership (SEAL) Office is looking for staff and faculty to assist that day with a variety of events and services. Specifically, they need assistance with staffing residence hall move-in (8 a.m. -2 p.m.) as well as the Opening Convocation program (5-6 p.m.) and welcome picnic (6-7:30 p.m.).
Employees wishing to help with move-in need supervisor approval. Hourly employees should record their time spent on these activities on their time sheets.
A brief orientation will be offered via Zoom on Monday, August 15 at 9 a.m. or Wednesday, August 17 at 4 p.m. so you can learn more about your role.
