The Outdoor Program has long offered an extensive gear closet for students, staff and faculty to access for free. Items range from tents and sleeping bags to stoves and pots, even backpacks, water bottles and snowshoes.
This year the program has been able to revisit the bike operations. Under the supervision of Coordinator Kira Grimes and Manager Jason Lehman, the Bike Shop has revitalized several bikes in the fleet. Now, you can rent a bike and helmet for a few hours or several days. Opportunities at the Bike Shop also include repairs to your own bike and info about biking in the Willamette Valley.
