The Residence Hall Association is dedicated to providing valuable leadership opportunities to Willamette's residence community. Our Board of Directors helps to set the direction of RHA and provides an organizational backbone so our General Assembly members can do their best work advocating for, programming for, and supporting the residence hall community.

Director of Administrationrvgray@willamette.eduThe Director of Administration keeps the record of all RHA Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings by drafting minutes made available to all RHA members after meetings. They also manage the RHA budget, processes funding requests, and maintain RHA documents.

Advisorndouglastavani@willamette.eduAdvisors guide RHA and its Board of Directors through all aspects of the organization and serve as the link between Willamette University and RHA student leadership. While advisors can advise the Board of Directors, they do not have a say in decision-making except regarding matters related to either Willamette University or RHA policies.
